The solution proposes the reuse of pre and post-consumer waste to be hand woven by local artisans to create new unique products with history and added value. Customers would buy products and return them at end of wearing life, to weave heritage back into the waste. The products of the Woven Collection would be small scale items and medium-sized everyday bags with simple forms to highlight the craftsmanship.
